As all items I sell are handmade to order, please understand that there may be slight variances from item to item.

RETURNS
The Bonus Room-Custom Gifts does not accept returns or exchanges unless an error is made during the creation process or a wrong product is sent.

SHIPPING
Shipping options and prices are a work in progress. I am currently offering PORCH/DOOR drop off for $10 within 20km of McConachie Community or $15 between 21-40km from McConachie Community.
McConachie Community is located on the northeast side of Edmonton

LOCAL (PORCH) PICKUP
The Bonus Room-Custom Gifts is located in McConachie Area. If you have requested the local/porch pickup option, you will receive a detailed email with further pickup information when your order is ready for pickup.

MANUAL PAYMENTS
